**Job Title: Physics Faculty**

**Responsibilities**:
**Teaching**: Deliver engaging and effective lectures, seminars, and laboratory sessions to undergraduate and/or graduate students. Develop and update course materials to ensure relevance and alignment with the latest advancements in physics.

**Research**: Conduct original and impactful research in your specialized field of physics, leading to publications in reputable journals, presentations at conferences, and collaborations with colleagues both within the institution and beyond.

**Student Guidance**: Provide mentorship and academic guidance to students, including advising on research projects, assisting with career planning, and fostering a supportive learning environment.

**Curriculum Development**: Contribute to the development and enhancement of the physics curriculum, incorporating innovative teaching methods, technologies, and interdisciplinary approaches.

**Participation in Committees**: Collaborate with faculty colleagues on departmental and institutional committees to contribute to academic policies, strategic planning, and program development.

**Community Engagement**: Engage with the broader academic and local community through public lectures, outreach programs, and collaboration with industry partners.

**Professional Development**: Stay current with advancements in the field of physics through continuous learning, attending conferences, and participating in relevant workshops.

**Qualifications**:

- A Ph.D. in Physics or a closely related field.
- Strong record of research achievements demonstrated through publications, presentations, and contributions to the field.
- Prior experience in teaching and curriculum development, with a passion for innovative and student-centered pedagogical approaches.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive and diverse learning environment.
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
