Category - Mandatory:

- 1 - 3 years of experience in accounts Receivables / Order to Cash
- Good communication skills (oral & written)
- Good exposure in handling calls
- Good exposure in Billing Payment disputes / Cash Application

Process
- Knowledge of End to End Accounts Receivables Process and Query

Handling - Billing, Cash Applications and Collections
- Exposure in to MS Office

Desirable:

- Exposure in to F&A Voice Process / Helpdesk would be an added

advantage.
- Ability to understand the complete process flow within O2C
- Good exposure in to ERP tools (SAP / Oracle)
- Exposure in handling Collections / Payment Disputes
- Exposure to MIS reporting would be preferable

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Flexible shift
- UK shift
- US shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nagpur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
