**Job Title**: Back Office Coordinator
**Department**:Administrative and Operations
**Location**: Ghole Road, Pune
**Position Type**: Full-time
**Reports To**: Managing Director

**Key Responsibilities**:
**2. Booking and Scheduling**: Coordinate and manage bookings for meetings, conferences, travel arrangements, and other company-related activities. Ensure that all bookings are made efficiently and according to company policies.
**3. Employee Support**: Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and assisting with administrative tasks related to their needs.
**4. Document Preparation**: Create and format presentations, reports, and documents using various software tools. Ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of materials for internal and external use.
**5. Sales Support**: Assist the sales team with various administrative tasks, including data entry, record keeping, and generating reports to support their efforts.
**6. Data Management**: Maintain organized records and databases, ensuring that information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
**7. Vendor Relations**:Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure seamless procurement and delivery of goods and services.
**8. General Administrative Support**: Provide additional administrative support as needed to various departments within the company.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in back-office coordination, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
