Sri Durga Naturals is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Demo and Sales Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our organic products directly to consumers in street sales stalls. You will engage with potential customers, provide information about our products, and drive sales through effective communication and persuasion techniques.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and manage street sales stalls in high-traffic areas to maximize visibility and reach.
- Engage with passersby to promote Sri Durga Naturals's organic products and generate interest.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to potential customers.
- Answer questions and address concerns to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales stall area.
- Track inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in a street sales or similar environment.
- Two wheeler is a Must
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments.
- Basic math skills for processing sales transactions.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
