You will play a crucial role in overseeing the staff, ensuring quality care, maintaining client satisfaction, and upholding the hospital's standards. Your leadership and management skills will be essential in driving the hospital's success and promoting a positive work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
**Team Supervision**: As a Supervisor, you will oversee the veterinary hospital staff, including veterinarians, veterinary technicians, receptionists, and support personnel. You will be responsible for scheduling, assigning tasks, and monitoring their performance to ensure efficient and effective operations.
**Staff Training and Development**: You will provide training and guidance to the veterinary team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively. This includes conducting training sessions, implementing best practices, and promoting a culture of continuous learning.
**Quality Assurance**: Maintaining high-quality standards of care is paramount. You will implement and monitor protocols, policies, and procedures to ensure that all staff members adhere to industry standards and deliver exceptional veterinary services. Regularly evaluating and providing feedback to the team on their performance will be part of your responsibilities.
**Client Relations**: Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients is essential. You will oversee client interactions, address concerns, and ensure that excellent customer service is provided. This may involve resolving client complaints, answering questions, and fostering a client-centered approach throughout the hospital.
**Inventory and Equipment Management**: You will oversee the management of inventory, including supplies, medications, and equipment. This includes monitoring stock levels, ordering necessary items, and ensuring that equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
**Compliance and Documentation**: You will ensure compliance with veterinary regulations, ethical standards, and hospital policies. This involves maintaining accurate records, managing patient information, and overseeing the documentation of medical treatments and procedures.
**Collaboration and Communication**: As a Supervisor, you will foster effective communication and collaboration among the veterinary team, as well as with other departments or external stakeholders. This may include collaborating with veterinary specialists, coordinating with administrative staff, and participating in meetings or committees to improve hospital operations.
**Problem-solving and Decision-making**: You will be responsible for addressing operational challenges, resolving conflicts, and making informed decisions to ensure smooth workflow and optimal patient care. **Report Generation and Presentation**: Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents for internal and external stakeholders. Gathering and analyzing data, conducting research, and providing summaries or recommendations as required.
**Liaison and Relationship Management**: Serving as a point of contact and liaison between the Managing Director and various stakeholders, such as board members, executives, clients, and employees. Building and maintaining positive relationships, handling inquiries, and resolving issues or conflicts.
**Project Management Support**: Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of special projects or initiatives led by the Managing Director. This includes tracking project timelines, monitoring progress, and providing administrative support as needed.
**Major Job Qualifications / Specific SkillsRequired Education**:
**Graduate / Post Graduate in any field**

**MSWExperience**:
Passion for animals is a must.
