Roles and Responsibility
- Key Responsibilities- Most significant responsibilities of the job along with key activities required to accomplish them- Drawing share to SCP’s though PLM/DCS portal.- Material management (Inward & outward)- Part movement to and fro stores and R&D.
- Gate entry and security entry of material Stationary & Printer Monitoring
- Stationary inventory planning and coordination.
- Photo copier/printer record and maintenance.
- 2B2 Sign off activity (Document updation)- Tracking/Maintaining Google sheet
- Coordination within SS and R&D for 2B2 Sign off
- 2B2 data handover to R&D (PDF updation & repository)
- Maintaining Weekly/Monthly Report
- Physical document management.- SCP’s bill regularization and its submission to finance As per Requirement
- Data studio/PPT Display on LED As per Requirement- 5S related activities of meeting rooms/6 th /7 th floor/Data- repository/SS celebration related activities As per Requirement- Experience - 2 to 5 years- Qualification
