Key Accounts Executive

The Key Accounts Executive for Modern Trade is responsible for managing and developing the company's business within key modern trade accounts. This role involves strategic planning, sales growth, relationship management, and ensuring the execution of promotional activities to drive sales and market share within the modern trade channel.

Key Responsibilities
- **Account Management**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key modern trade accounts.
- Conduct regular meetings with key account partners to review performance, discuss opportunities, and address any issues.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and problem-solving.
- **Sales and Revenue Growth**:
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set for the key accounts.
- Identify opportunities for growth within assigned accounts and develop action plans to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
- **Promotional Activities**:
- Plan and execute promotional activities and marketing campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
- Ensure proper implementation of promotions, product displays, and in-store marketing efforts.
- Track the effectiveness of promotional activities and report on their success.
- **Negotiation and Contract Management**:
- Negotiate terms of trade, including pricing, product placement, and promotional support.
- Manage contracts and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
- Address and resolve any issues related to pricing, delivery, or service.
- **Inventory and Supply Chain Coordination**:
- Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products to key accounts.
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Coordinate with the production team to manage product availability.
- **Market Analysis and Reporting**:
- Conduct market analysis to understand consumer behaviour, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on account performance, sales trends, and market insights.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- **Collaboration and Teamwork**:
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, finance, and logistic

- Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving overall business performance.
