**Job Summary**:
Seeking a Sales Executive with a soft-spoken demeanor and strong English language skills. Responsible for lead generation, relationship building, and closing sales deals. Achieving sales targets will be measured through KPIs and KPRs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads, build relationships, and close sales.
- Deliver effective sales presentations.
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate records.

**KPIs**:

- Qualified leads generated.
- Sales revenue.
- Conversion rate.
- Average deal size.
- Sales activity metrics.

**KPRs**:

- Meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Building a strong client portfolio.
- Closing high-value deals.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Contributing to team growth.

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience.
- Soft-spoken with strong English skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Industry knowledge a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Weekend only
