**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes under the guidance of senior chefs.
- Support the smooth operation of the kitchen across all assigned sections.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the kitchen.
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and plating standards for menu items.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and club standards.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 1+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume club or restaurant.
- Basic knowledge of Continental, Pan Asian, and Indian cuisines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
