**Job Description: Field Relationship Executive**

**Job Title**: Field Relationship Executive.He should have a bike with valid two wheeler licence.
**Department**: Sales & Business Development
**Location**: East and West Singhbhum (Extensive Travel Required)
**Reporting To**: Regional Sales Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Partner Relationship Management**:

- Build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with partners, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing queries, concerns, and issues promptly.
- Understand partner needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance collaboration and mutual growth.
- **Travel and Field Visits**:

- Conduct regular visits to partner locations across East and West Singhbhum to ensure consistent engagement and support.
- Monitor partner operations, provide training or guidance when necessary, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Identify potential partners and expand the company’s presence in the assigned region.
- Promote company products/services, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and partner expectations.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, sales activities, and market data.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on partner performance and sales progress.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partner strategies.

Pay: ₹18,600.00 - ₹20,400.00 per month
