**Roles and Responsibilities**:
*Offering training in an integrated programme which includes instruction in aviation, grooming, English grammar, spoken English, and soft skills.
*Aspirants' post-placement counselling.
*Preparing for Interviews.
*Publishing the entire Training plan / calendar of the center.
*Making connections with industry and guest lecturers to schedule field trips for the sector readiness module.
*As needed, supporting the centre in other projects.
*knowledge about efficient teaching techniques and resources.
*Proven experience in the field of training or coaching.
