**About the Role**:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Associate Faculty to join our team and inspire students in both Mathematics and Science. You will play a key role in fostering a love for learning, developing strong academic foundations and preparing students for success in their future endeavors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver engaging and effective lessons in both Mathematics and Science, aligned with respective curriculums.
- Utilize innovative teaching methods and technology to create a stimulating and interactive learning environment.
- Conduct regular assessments, analyze student progress and provide personalized feedback. This would include paper-setting and paper correction.
- Maintain accurate records and report student progress to senior faculty.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
- Participate in curriculum development and contribute to departmental initiatives.
- Stay current with educational trends and research in both Mathematics and Science.
- Serve as a mentor and guide to intern faculty members.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Mathematics, Science Education or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of teaching experience in both Mathematics and Science at the secondary level.
- Proven track record of success in fostering academic achievement and student engagement.
- Strong understanding of effective teaching methodologies and assessment practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.

- Proficiency in using educational technology in the classroom.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Punctual with an inclination to understand child psychology.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹16,000.00 per month
