Cold Storage Superviser

**Job Title**: Cold Storage Supervisor

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily activities of the cold storage facility, including receiving, storage, and shipping of products.
- Ensure that all products are stored at the appropriate temperature and in compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with other departments to ensure that adequate stock is available.
- Implement and maintain effective quality control measures to ensure that all products meet company standards.
- Manage a team of employees, providing training and coaching as necessary to ensure that all tasks are performed effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and policies, and promote a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in a cold storage or warehouse management role.
- Strong knowledge of cold storage operations and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
