**Job Title**: ANM/GNM Nurse ( Male/Female)

**Location**:Saravanampatti, Coimbatore

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: 10k to 15k per month, depending on experience

**Job Summary**:A Diploma Nurse plays a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and support within healthcare settings. Working under the guidance of registered nurses and healthcare professionals, a Diploma Nurse assists in administering treatments, monitoring patients' conditions, and ensuring the overall well-being of patients. They are an essential part of the healthcare team and are responsible for executing various medical tasks with precision and compassion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Patient Care
- Provide direct patient care, including assisting with daily activities, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs. Ensure patients' comfort and safety throughout their stay in the healthcare facility.
- Treatment Assistance
- Assist registered nurses and physicians in implementing treatment plans. This may involve dressing wounds, changing dressings, inserting catheters, and conducting other basic medical procedures.
- Provide patient care in accordance with established nursing protocols
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients and record observations in medical charts
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment options
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Adhere to safety and infection control protocols
- Medical Documentation
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of patients' conditions, treatment progress, and any changes in their health status. Properly document administered medications and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- ANM/GNM degree from an accredited institution
- Current nursing license
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing protocols.
- You must meet the minimum age requirement set by the educational institution offering the nursing diploma course.
- Nursing involves physically demanding tasks and potential exposure to infectious diseases. As such, you may need to provide evidence of good health and certain immunizations before starting the program.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work variable schedules and provide on-call services as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent
Part-time hours: 5 per week

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
