We are hiring for IT Helpdesk Technician
- Experience - Having 2 year experience with networking and server environments and ideally have experience in a Managed Service Provider help desk environment to answer calls and tickets to assist our clients
- Salary - 30K TO 35k
- Schedule - Night Shift
- Work Location - From Home
- Technical Skills Required - Microsoft Windows server installation and configuration, Virtual environments : Hyper-V and VMware, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS etc, Troubleshooting skills, Office 365 / SharePoint /Azure, Familiar with types of firewalls, Network cabling, Experience with VOIP systems.
