CSRBOX is diversifying its portfolio towards implementation with its flagship projects in Ahmedabad, Gujarat in the areas of Education, Livelihoods and Women Empowerment. We are looking for a dynamic Communications Manager, who can give shape to the new projects and work towards execution strategy of the same.

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team for promoting and generating participation in our upcoming symposium. The As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential attendees, providing information about the event, and convincing them to register and participate.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential participants and organizations to generate interest and promote the symposium.
- Provide detailed information about the symposium, including the date, time, location, agenda, speakers, and benefits of attending.
- Answer queries and address concerns raised by potential participants, providing accurate and up-to-date information.
- Use persuasive communication skills to convince potential participants to register and attend the symposium.
- Maintain a database of potential participants, update call logs, and record relevant information.
- Follow up with potential participants who have shown interest but have not yet registered, in order to maximize participation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and effective promotion of the symposium.
- Meet or exceed individual targets and contribute to the overall success of the symposium by achieving attendance goals.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the outreach and participant engagement process.
- Stay updated with industry trends, relevant news, and competitors' events to effectively position the symposium.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Proven experience in telemarketing or telecalling, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive phone manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish trust with potential participants.
- Ability to effectively articulate information about the symposium and address questions and concerns.
- Results-driven with the ability to meet or exceed targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and follow-ups.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or similar tools.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

**Salary**: ₹200.00 - ₹300.00 per day
