**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**- Artwork Creation: Produce finalised artwork for a variety of marketing materials including brochures, site plans, floorplans, and digital assets.
- Technical Drawings: Create detailed technical illustrations such as site plans and floorplans, ensuring accuracy and high-quality presentation.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency in all artwork, performing pre-press checks and ensuring files are print-ready/digital ready.
- Collaboration: Work closely with designers, Account managers, and other stakeholders to ensure creative vision is realised and delivered on time.
- File Management: Organise and manage digital assets and artwork files to maintain a streamlined workflow and easy retrieval.

**What you'll bring to the role (skills and experience)**
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Artworker or similar role, preferably within a creative agency.
- Experience in the property sector is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality, accurate artwork, following brand guidelines.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and work effectively within a team.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and handle feedback constructively.
