Job Title: BCA Faculty

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conducting lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions for BCA students.

2. Developing and delivering course materials aligned with the BCA curriculum.

3. Assessing student performance through examinations, assignments, and projects.

4. Providing academic guidance and mentoring to students.

5. Incorporating innovative teaching methodologies and technologies to enhance learning outcomes.

6. Collaborating with other faculty members to improve teaching methodologies and course content.

7. Participating in curriculum development and review processes.

9. Engaging in research activities and publications related to computer science.

10. Contributing to the academic and administrative functions of the institution.

Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in Computer Applications or related field.

2. Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in higher education.

3. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, and Python.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Strong organizational and time management abilities.

6. Experience with online teaching platforms and learning management systems is preferred.

7. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

8. Dedication to student success and academic excellence.

9. Willingness to engage in continuous professional development.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹200.00 - ₹700.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
