Functional Tester

**Experience: 2 to 4 Years**

- Good hands-on experience in following MES Modules
- **Planning and Scheduling**
- **Traceability and Genealogy**
- **Maintenance module**
- **Quality Management system**
- **Inventory Management**
- Assist in defining project scope for new implementations and add-on projects
- Develop and maintain a regularly scheduled communication plan with clients
- Participates in Software Project Launch & Planning, Requirements Analysis, Design & Development, Testing (UAT) and Implementation
- **Analyses and identifies system defects encountered by users during acceptance testing**.
- Appropriately escalates these issues as defined by the processes
- Assists with and supports the maintenance of a clear and concise statistical and metric-based reporting of testing progress including reports and dashboards
- **Supports the testing environment and the testing lifecycle by reporting defects encountered by **users using the defined reporting process.**:

- Coordinates and supports required project scope and deliverable timelines.
- **Assists the users in executing the user acceptance testing as specified in the test plan and test**

**Case Scenarios.**
- Obtains sign-off from testing participants upon completion of the entire test cycle.
- Responsible for user training.
- Update and schedule internal training sessions for featuring new product release features.
- Monitors and documents post-implementation problems and revision requests
- Auditing Customer Equipment & Lines.
- Post implementation On-site Support
