Job Title: Sales Coordinator/Sales Support Executive

Job Overview: As a Sales Coordinator/Sales Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes. You will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, coordinating sales activities, and delivering outstanding customer service. Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining accurate sales records, managing inquiries, and fostering strong relationships with our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing prompt and courteous assistance with their inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure efficient coordination of sales activities, including order processing, invoicing, and delivery scheduling.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer profiles, sales reports, and contracts.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of sales proposals, quotes, and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal departments, such as production, logistics, and finance, to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the sales team in organizing and attending meetings, conferences, and trade shows.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and opportunities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- **Proven experience in sales coordination or sales support roles, preferably in Iron and Steel.**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- **Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping.**:

- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and familiarity with sales processes.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work well under pressure.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Travel requirement:

- No travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
