**Full Job Description**

This is a dynamic role for someone who has good communication skills as well as knowledge of IT Recruitment and wants to grow fast. Experience in IT recruitment and HR management is a big plus.

Experience : 2 to 3 Years (IT Only)

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Familiar with the functions and recruitment standards of each post in various departments,
- Collect recruitment needs of each department on a monthly basis.
- HR process operation: a. responsible for handling employee severance interviews and separation process work.
- Have worked on Naukri, Linkedin, Indeed or other Job Portals.
