**Role: Account Executive**
**Total Experience: 1+ Yrs.**
**Location: Phase 1, Industrial Area, Panchkula**

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Cash Accounting and Stock Out (Saturday only & in Prince's Absence)**
- Ensure accurate recording of all cash transactions.
- Manage stock out processes specifically on Saturdays and in the absence of Prince.
- Implement controls to minimize errors in cash accounting.

**2. Pagar Book Application Checking for Employee Attendance**
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of employee attendance.
- Collaborate with HR to reconcile attendance data and resolve any discrepancies.

**3. Employees Cash Expense Compilation**
- Collect and compile cash expenses submitted by employees.
- Verify the legitimacy of expenses and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain detailed records of employee cash expenses.

**4. Attendance & Expense Management: -**
- Monitor attendance records for the Painters, Shiva MS, Housekeeping, and Carpenters.
- Manage and track expenses related to these specific departments.
- Implement systems to streamline attendance recording and expense reporting for efficiency.

**5. Financial Reporting**
- Contribute to the preparation of financial reports by providing accurate and timely financial data.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards.

**6. Compliance and Controls**
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets and ensure data integrity.
- Stay updated on relevant accounting standards and regulations to ensure compliance.

**7. Process Improvement**
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in accounting and related areas.
- Propose and implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial processes.

**8. Communication and Collaboration**
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information.
- Communicate effectively with team members, managers, and other stakeholders.

**9. Ad-hoc Tasks**
- Undertake any additional responsibilities or tasks assigned by the management as needed.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
