- Develop and oversee projects related to building maintenance, such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC
- Maintain and repair building systems
- Maintain building safety and security systems
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure building systems and equipment function optimally
- Perform repairs as needed
- Research new products and methods related to building maintenance
- Develop and implement building maintenance plans
- Develop and implement building maintenance procedures, policies, and standards
