Academic Counselor

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide guidance and support to students in their academic journey, assisting them in setting and achieving their educational goals.
- Assist students in selecting appropriate courses or programs based on their interests and career objectives.
- Offer advice and information about various career paths, job opportunities, and skills needed in the workforce.
- Help students develop essential skills such as time management, study habits, and problem-solving abilities.
- Provide information about available resources on campus or in the community, including tutoring services, counseling, and financial aid.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, counseling sessions, and academic progress.
- Collaborate with faculty, administrators, and other support staff to ensure a holistic approach to student success and well-being.

**Requirements**:

- 0-1 year experience, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Smart, Energetic, Enthusiastic Personality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
