**Job Description**:
1. Upselling products to customers to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

2. Providing customers with product information, fabric details, and prices.

3. Keeping the shop clean and tidy, organizing displays, and taking care of stock.

4. Offering styling and fashion advice to customers.

5. Processing transactions and managing the point of sale system.

6. Responding to customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.

7. Building and maintaining a strong professional relationship with customers.

8. Achieving sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer service.

**Requirements**:
1. High School diploma or equivalent.

2. Previous sales experience preferably in a fashion or retail environment.

3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Knowledge of current fashion and style trends.

5. Ability to work in a team environment.

6. Strong organizational skills.

7. Ability to work weekends and flexible hours.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

- No travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
