Customer Service Representative

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives - 1-2 years exp professionals for our high fashion footwear brand - Tresmode. Location - Lower Parel Roles and responsibilities
1. Handle Inbound and Outbound calling for customer service.
2.Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
3.Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive Communication.
4.Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
5.Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
**Salary**: ₹10,185.89 - ₹30,000.00 per month
