Mbbs Counselor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions to students regarding MBBS program selection, admission processes, and career pathways.
- Assist students in preparing for entrance exams, interviews, and other admission requirements.
- Guide students in selecting appropriate colleges and universities based on their academic performance, preferences, and career goals.
- Offer support and advice on academic challenges, stress management, and work-life balance during the MBBS program.
- Stay updated with the latest information on medical colleges, admission criteria, and industry trends.
- Track student progress and provide ongoing support to ensure academic and career success.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an academic counselor, career advisor, or similar role, preferably within the medical education sector.
- In-depth knowledge of the MBBS curriculum, admission processes, and medical career pathways.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work with a diverse group of students and address their individual needs.
- Familiarity with educational resources, scholarship programs, and career development tools.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Certification in career counseling or academic advising.
- Experience in organizing workshops, seminars, and informational sessions.
- Knowledge of online counseling platforms and digital communication tools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
