Job Description: Junior Graphic Designer

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in conceptualizing and developing creative design solutions that effectively communicate our clients' messages and reflect their brand identity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, marketers, and project managers, to ensure cohesive and integrated design solutions.
- Take ownership of assigned projects, managing timelines, priorities, and deadlines effectively to ensure timely and successful completion.
- Maintain an organized file structure and asset management system, ensuring easy accessibility and retrieval of design files.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and software to continuously enhance your skills and contribute fresh ideas to the team.
- Actively participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to fellow team members to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Adapt to evolving client needs and project requirements, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (background in arts education)
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, demonstrating proficiency in layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with popular design tools and platforms such as Figma
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in design while adapting to different styles and brand guidelines.
- Understanding of designing principles for various platforms - including different social media platforms, websites, print books, exhibitions, and videos
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects concurrently, and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to learning, staying updated on design trends, techniques, and industry advancements.
- A positive attitude, a willingness to learn and grow, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of UX/UI, animation, or photography is a bonus

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CSS: 1 year (preferred)
