**Role and Responsibilities**
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with various stakeholders, including government agencies, local communities, non-profit organizations, and internal teams, to build partnerships and ensure effective implementation of the organization projects in Nagaland. Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and address any concerns or issues that arise.
- Project Planning: Collaborate with the Government and other development partners to identify and prioritize social initiatives aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Project Implementation: Oversee the execution of different projects in Nagaland, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and quality standards. Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth implementation and efficient utilization of resources.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish monitoring mechanisms to track the progress and impact of projects in Nagaland. Collect and analysis relevant data, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to the CSR team and senior management. Identify areas of improvement and recommend strategies to enhance project effectiveness.
- Compliance and Reports: Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal guidelines throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports, including financial statements, impact assessments, and compliance documentation, as required by relevant authorities and stakeholders.
- Community Engagement: Work closely with local communities to understand their needs, interests, and priorities. Foster community participation and involvement in project initiatives through effective communication, capacity building, and awareness campaigns.
- Collaboration and Networking: Establish and maintain strong partnerships with NGOs, government agencies, and other relevant organizations in Nagaland. Participate in industry forums, conferences, and networking events to stay updated on CSR best practices and explore collaboration opportunities.
- Documentation and Knowledge Management: Maintain comprehensive documentation of projects, including project plans, progress reports, and lessons learned. Develop a knowledge management system to capture best practices, success stories, and lessons learned to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Reporting: To report to the immediate supervisor for any project related needs.
- Any other duty assigned by the management.

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- Preferred Post Graduate/Graduation.

**Preferred Skills**
- Good Communication Skills English and Hindi.
- Preferred Experience in Healthcare Industry.
- Preferred Good Writing skills.
- Proven experience in Project Coordinator.
- Proven stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience managing a team.
- Understanding of project operation/ management.

The organization received several awards viz. The SAARC Award (2010), The British Medical Journal Group Award (2009), Golden Ruby Award (2015) and recognition from state governments for its outstanding contribution to the humanitarian field.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kohima, Nagaland: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
