IT Procurement, Assest

To support & coordinate procurement of IT Assets from various(s) vendors for New Joinee(s) + New Offices
- Coordinate & follow-ups with vendors from time to time
- Maintaining IT Assets (Updation / Addition / Deletion) in conjunction with the IT Team. Generate Monthly /

Quarterly reconciliation & reporting of IT Assets
- Ensure all additions of assets are captured & shared with the Insurance Department on a periodic basis
- Ensure timely submission of invoices to Finance & release of payments to vendors (for IT procurement) well

within the credit period agreed
- Provide monthly provisions to Finance for all IT related costs
- Identify gaps & improve processes in conjunction with Finance on POs / Assets / Payment to vendors
- Work with IT vendor(s) & ensure procurement (S/W & consumables) for any service request by end users. Take

ownership for quick closure of procurement related service calls
- Track IT Capex & Opex Budget for better control & introduce monthly / quarterly reporting for status review
- Work with internal IT functions in order to identify Cost Saving Initiatives
- Coordination with cross functional team(s) & Regional IT Teams

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIRED: State formal educational level and experience required for the job. State additional professional,

technical or years of experience required.

EDUCATION:

- Any Graduate

EXPERIENCE (and other qualifications):

- Total 3 to 4 years of experience in managing IT Assets/Procurement/Budgeting/Data Reconciliation etc..
- Proficient in Written/Spoken English
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Word & Powerpoint will be added advantage)
- Basic knowledge of how IT functions would be added advantage

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
