**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Perform Spot Welding**:

- Execute spot welding operations on different types of materials and components.
- Ensure welds meet quality and safety standards.
- **Operate Welding Equipment**:

- Set up and operate spot welding machines and related tools.
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of welding equipment.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Inspect completed welds for accuracy and quality.
- Identify and correct any welding defects or inconsistencies.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing welding tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe working environment.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of welding activities and job progress.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 1 to 2 years of experience in spot welding or a related field.
- Proficiency in operating spot welding machines and tools.
- Strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, and safety procedures.
- Attention to detail and precision in executing welding tasks.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
