**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct OET training sessions for healthcare professionals (nurses, doctors, dentists, etc.) to help them prepare for the exam.
- Develop and deliver lesson plans that focus on all four language skills: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking, in accordance with OET guidelines.
- Create, adapt, and utilize relevant training materials to suit the needs of individual learners.
- Assess students' language proficiency and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Monitor students' progress and adjust teaching strategies to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Conduct mock tests and practice sessions to familiarize students with the OET exam format.
- Stay updated with the latest changes in the OET exam and incorporate them into the training program.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and provide reports as required.
- Provide guidance and support to students to boost their confidence and help them achieve their desired scores.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as an OET Trainer or in teaching English for specific purposes (ESP), especially in healthcare.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with the OET exam format, structure, and content.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to create a positive and interactive learning environment.
- TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification or equivalent qualifications are preferred.
- A background in healthcare or experience training healthcare professionals is a plus.
