**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with department managers to determine manpower requirements based on project needs and timelines.
- Develop and implement manpower plans to ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained at all times.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new hires and ensure they receive proper training on company policies, procedures, and job duties.
- Monitor employee performance and conduct regular evaluations to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback.
- Coordinate with HR to administer employee benefits, payroll, and other related functions.
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and other relevant information.
- Resolve employee issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee morale and retention.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in manpower management.

**Salary**: From ₹16,000.00 per month
