Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments
- Act as the first point of contact
- Preparing the Agenda and Maintaining the Minutes of the Meetings.
- Track the tasks and projects to ensure appropriate prioritization of projects with respect to deadlines and organizational developments
- Organize internal and external meetings including logístical and substantive preparation
- Track and reconcile expense statements and submit expense reports in a timely manner
- Ensure consistent and efficient interaction with other administrator’s across the organization
- Manage all incoming and outgoing communications
- Schedule travel including logistics
- Provide special project leadership and support as needed.
- Conduct preliminary research on a variety of topics; draft materials as needed
- Perform any other relevant duties as assigned
- Planning events
- Help in the implementation of quality within the organization
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
