**Job Title**: CFO

**Location**: Mumbai

**About the Client**: PSS has been mandated to hire a CFO for a diversifed business group with presence in Infrastructure, Printing & Imaging Solutions, Agri business, Automobile & Electronic Solutions, and more driven by innovation and technology.

**Job Purpose**:Overseeing the Financial matters of all the group entities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Report financial results to the board of directors; report risk issues to the audit committee of the board of directors.
- Examine Financial opportunities to improve process and profitability, including investment /disinvestment in various BUs.
- Plan and implement financing needs for all Group companies - Oversees investment of funds and works with investment bankers to raise additional capital required for expansion.
- Oversees routine audits and monthly closing of accounts of ERP systems of all the plants/BUs;
- Suggests improvements to corporate finance in policy formation/ other areas of finance such as taxations
- Strong business and commercial acumen.

**Educational Qualifications And Experience**:

- 5 to 10 years of experience as a CFO with over all 15 to 25yrs of experience
- Working with Manufacturing companies
- Education : Chartered Accountant with any additional qualification
- Excellent communication with inherent ability to articulate and express complicated matters in simple terms.
- Ability to solve problems.
