As a Shutters Industry Installer, you will be responsible for installing shutters and related products at customer locations. Your role involves working independently or as part of a team to ensure accurate and timely installation, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Preparation**: Review installation orders and project specifications to plan the installation process, including measuring windows and assessing the necessary materials and tools.
- **Installation**: Install a variety of shutters and related products, including interior and exterior shutters, using appropriate tools and techniques according to manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure that installations meet quality standards and customer expectations, paying attention to details such as alignment, levelness, and functionality.
- **Customer Interaction**: Communicate effectively with customers before, during, and after installation to confirm appointment times, address any questions or concerns, and provide instructions for product use and maintenance.
- **Problem Solving**: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process, such as fitting problems, hardware malfunctions, or unexpected obstacles.
- **Documentation**: Complete installation paperwork, including work orders, inspection reports, and customer feedback forms, accurately and promptly.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of tools and materials.
- **Team Collaboration**: Coordinate with other installers, supervisors, and support staff to ensure efficient scheduling, resource allocation, and customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.09 per month
