Electrical Draftsman

Able to utilize advanced PC, 2D CAD, and 3D tools, and other applicable hardware and software to perform duties

The Employee responsibility includes design and AutoCAD Drafting of complete Electrical works including small power, lighting layout, power layout, fire alarm, fire alarm, telephone, security, CCTV, MATV, lightning protection, and other works like Quantity take off, preparation of As Built drawings etc.

Ability to do measuring for accuracy

Photographing work sites for records

Create working drawings, models, layouts, and BOM utilizing AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks

Prepare plan and profile drawings in CAD which include duct design, occupancy, route alignment, manhole and structure details

Review and validate designs in accordance with CSA standards, municipal and client standards

Perform duties such as creating and plotting drawing sets, updating as-built records and document control

QA/QC of own work to ensure that drawings are checked, approved and filed in accordance with company quality system

Perform/assist quantity take offs based on drawing information

Read and sort blueprints and specifications

Complete submittals

Knowledge of construction details and LEED information

AutoCAD Drafting for MTO and municipal infrastructure projects, focus on transportation

Assuring that drafting/ design related issued are promptly relayed to the Project Manager for action.

Also perform some civil surveying in the field

Knowledge of CAD images to create plans to build and manufacture
- Will use multiple angles and views to depict the association of components and systems
- Work with engineering team to identify necessary electrical, power and control components
- Create accurate bill of materials for each drawing to be used by purchasing.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Electric Draftsman: 3 years (preferred)
- AutoCAD: 3 years (preferred)
