Tile Mason Trainer

Educational Qualification: Diploma/ BE (CIVIL)

Payment: Rs. 500 to Rs. 700 per day

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide hands-on training to students/trainees on tile laying, including surface preparation, material selection, and tile installation techniques.
- Teach the use of various tools and materials required for tile masonry work (e.g., cutters, adhesives, grout).
- Demonstrate proper alignment, spacing, and leveling techniques for tiles.
- Offer guidance on different types of tile installations such as ceramic, porcelain, and stone tiles.
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met in the installation processes.
- Deliver theoretical knowledge on the types of tiles, surfaces, adhesives, and common problems faced during tiling.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate trainee progress and competency.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement to each trainee.
- Prepare instructional materials and plans for practical sessions.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in the construction industry with a focus on tile masonry for at least 2 years.
- Experience in teaching or training is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of tile installation methods and tools.
- Clear communication skills to instruct and guide students.
- Patience and a supportive approach when teaching students.
