- assessing project and requirements
- ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
- determining quality control standards
- overseeing production processes
- re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
- Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
- Liaising with buyers and marketing and sales staff
- supervising the work of junior staff
- Ensuring quality of raw materials.
- Assessing and ensuring the quality of the product.
- Sampling of the raw material and finished products.
- Documentation of finished product and raw material.

Developing methods to modify and/or improve existing products and /or processes.
- Ensure all the processes set are performed properly and efficiently.
- Maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
- Maintain hygiene and GMP norms of plant.
- Maintain Health and safety rules and regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dehra Dun, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
