**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide individual and group counseling to students to address emotional, social, and academic issues.
- Develop and implement programs to foster a positive school environment, focusing on character building, conflict resolution, and peer relationships.
- Identify students in need of support through observations, teacher referrals, and assessments.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to create strategies to support student development.
- Conduct workshops for parents and teachers on child development, stress management, and behavioral issues.
- Help students develop positive behavior, decision-making, and coping strategies.
- Assist in the transition process for students moving between grades or schools.
- Maintain records of counseling sessions and track student progress.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
- Certification in School Counseling preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work empathetically with children and collaborate with educators and families.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
