Labour Supervisor

.Supervising Workforce: Directly supervising and managing a team of laborers, ensuring they understand their tasks and responsibilities, and providing guidance and support as needed.
Work Planning and Scheduling: Collaborating with project managers or other relevant personnel to plan and schedule work assignments, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and deadlines are met.
Training and Development: Identifying the training needs of the workforce and coordinating training programs to enhance their skills, knowledge, and productivity. Providing on-the-job training and mentoring to new or inexperienced workers.
Safety and Compliance: Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace. Implementing safety protocols, conducting safety inspections, and addressing any potential hazards or violations promptly.
Quality Control: Monitoring and maintaining quality standards for the work performed by the laborers. Conducting inspections and quality checks to ensure that work meets established criteria and specifications.
Performance Management: Evaluating the performance of laborers, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews. Recognizing and rewarding exceptional performance, as well as addressing performance issues and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving issues or conflicts that arise within the workforce or during the course of work. Acting as a point of contact for workers, addressing their concerns, and finding solutions to problems that may impact productivity or morale.
Communication: Facilitating effective communication within the team and with other departments or stakeholders. Providing clear instructions, relaying information, and promoting a positive work environment through open and transparent communication.
Equipment and Resource Management: Coordinating the availability and proper utilization of equipment, tools, and materials required for the assigned tasks. Reporting any equipment malfunctions or shortages and ensuring maintenance or replenishment as needed.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of work progress, including timesheets, attendance, and productivity reports. Generating relevant reports and documentation for management or other stakeholders.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹10,500.00 per month
