**JOB ROLE - Co lour Matching Executive**
**Responsibilities of Color Matching Specialist Perform color matching and formulation.**
- Analyze color samples and match them to established color standards.
- Utilize color measurement instruments and software to ensure accurate color matching.
- Collaborate with product development teams to create new color formulations.
- Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure color accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records of color formulas and adjustments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve color matching issues as they arise.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in color matching technology.
- Train and mentor junior color matching technicians.
- Collaborate with suppliers to source and evaluate new colorants and pigments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,848.05 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- DAMAN, INDIA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Yarn testng & colour matching: 2 years (preferred)
