**Position**: Sr. Digital Marketing Executive.

**Experience**: 3 Years.
- **On-Page Optimization**: Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking structure to improve search engine visibility and user experience.
- **Technical SEO**: Conduct website audits to identify and resolve technical issues that may impact search engine crawling and indexing. Ensure proper implementation of SEO best practices, including site speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, and structured data markup.
- **Content Optimization**: Collaborate with content creators and provide recommendations for optimizing website content, including blog posts, articles, and landing pages, to enhance search engine visibility and user engagement.
- **Keyword Research**: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify relevant search terms and phrases that align with the company's goals and target audience.
- **Link Building**: Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites, directories, and industry influencers to improve domain authority and search rankings.
- **SEO Strategy Development**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and emerging SEO techniques. Develop and implement effective SEO strategies that align with business objectives and drive sustainable organic growth.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, design, and development, to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of digital marketing initiatives. Communicate SEO recommendations, progress, and results to stakeholders effectively.
- **Monitoring and Analysis**: Track, analyze, and report on key SEO performance metrics, such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates, and user behavior using web analytics tools. Use insights to refine strategies and optimize SEO campaigns.
- **Manages SMO** activities and follow analytics closely to further moderate all digital optimisation.
- **Manage the execution of social media campaigns** and day-to-day activities on current platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Whatsapp, Google plus, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest and YouTube.
- Regularly review competitive landscape of digital and social content and provide with insights and strategy recommendations.
- Assist in the development of graphic, video and/or animated content for use on web and social media.
- Write and edit content for corporate website, blogs, newsletters, and digital/social media campaigns.
- Coordinate regulatory compliance with appropriate approval for social media and web communications by working with regulatory, customer support, corporate relations, and executive teams, as well as legal counsel.
- Create, track, and maintain a digital and social media strategy that maps to a broader content and communications strategy including trade shows, product launches, community events, and press releases.
- Build relationships with partner organizations for web and social media activities.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.

**Essential Skills and personal qualities**:

- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
- Experience with website auditing and technical SEO optimization.
- Good knowledge of the entire spectrum of social media platforms, engagement, all its tools and plugins and latest techniques
- Content generation when required
- Blogging
- Should be social media savvy to learn new techniques as they get introduced into the social media marketplace
- Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and algorithm updates.
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable information.
- Excellent writing skills and a willingness to use them.
- Excellent verbal communication skills
