**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and sales teams to prioritize orders and schedule deliveries efficiently.
- Prepare delivery schedules and routes, optimizing delivery routes to minimize costs and ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock availability for dispatch.
- Liaise with logistics partners and transporters to arrange for transportation and track shipments in transit.
- Communicate delivery schedules and any changes to drivers, ensuring they are equipped with necessary documentation and instructions.
- Resolve any issues or delays in delivery promptly, including coordinating with customers, drivers, and internal teams to find solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including delivery status, inventory levels, and transportation costs.
- Continuously assess and improve dispatch processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on dispatch performance, including key metrics and areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in dispatch, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in the modular kitchen industry.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in using logistics software and tools for route optimization and shipment tracking.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends as needed to meet business requirements.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards in transportation and logistics.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record may be required, depending on job responsibilities.
