**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our Diagnostic center. The Receptionist will play a key role in creating a positive patient experience by welcoming patients, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and handling administrative tasks.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Answer and Direct phone calls in a Professional and Courteous manner.
- Schedule appointments and manage the center's appointment calendar.
- Manage patient information and maintain accurate records.
- Consulting the patients regarding various health packages & Screening and best way for getting through their problems.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, such as DSR,filing, data entry, and printing.
- Ensure the front desk area is well-maintained and organized.
- Arranging & Participating in the events of the centre to the best ways possible.
**ABOUT THE REQUIREMENTS**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should be **Multitasking**:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office,Billing software.
- Previous experience in a Diagnostic Centre is preferred.

3. Receptionists are responsible for managing patient schedules and other administrative tasks, so they need to be well-organized and able to manage their time effectively.

5. Computer skills
Receptionists need to be proficient in using billing software, MS EXCEL and other computer systems used in the diagnostic center.
6. Team player
Need to be able to work collaboratively with others to provide the best possible care to patients.
7. Stress management:
Receptionists may encounter stressful situations and need to be able to remain calm and professional in these situations.
8. Adaptability
Receptionists need to be able to adapt to changing demands and priorities in the diagnostic center, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
