Our team, led by an IIT Delhi alumnus with 15+ years of experience, is a specialized core team working to strengthen our cataloging, supply chain, branding, digital marketing, warehouse management, return management and CRM. **Job Summary**

**Responsibilities and Duties**

**Sourcing and Procurement**:

- Identify and source high-quality bedding products from local manufacturers or suppliers.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely production.

**Order Management**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for overseas clients, understanding their requirements and expectations.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure accurate and timely production of bedding products.
- Monitor and track order progress, providing regular updates to clients and resolving any issues that may arise.

**Quality Control**:

- Implement and oversee a comprehensive quality control process to ensure all bedding products meet international standards.
- Conduct inspections at various stages of production and before shipment.

**Logistics and Shipping**:

- Coordinate with logistics partners to organize efficient and cost-effective shipping solutions.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and documentation requirements.

**Market Research**:

- Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive products in the overseas bedding industry.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the management team for product improvements and market expansion.

**Compliance**:

- Stay informed about international trade regulations, tariffs, and customs procedures.
- Ensure all export documentation is accurate and in compliance with local and international regulations.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients by providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Business, International Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 2 years in merchandising or related roles within the Home furnishing industry.
- Strong understanding of international trade, logistics, and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control.
- Familiarity with customs regulations and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required.
