**Job Title: Interior Sales Representative**

**1. Sales and Client Acquisition**:

- Identify and prospect potential clients interested in interior design products and services.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales strategies.
- Conduct sales presentations to showcase products and services, emphasizing their features and benefits.

**2. Product Knowledge**:

- Develop a deep understanding of the interior design products and services offered by the company.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product releases, and design innovations to effectively communicate value to clients.

**3. Consultation and Needs Analysis**:

- Conduct consultations with clients to understand their design preferences, requirements, and budget constraints.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations based on the client's needs, guiding them through the selection process.

**4. Proposal Development**:

- Prepare detailed proposals, including product specifications, pricing, and project timelines.
- Collaborate with the design team to create customized solutions that align with the client's vision.

**5. Relationship Building**:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Address customer concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

**6. Collaboration with Design Team**:

- Work closely with the interior design team to ensure seamless communication between sales and implementation.
- Provide the design team with client preferences, project details, and any other relevant information.

**7. Achieving Sales Targets**:

- Set and achieve sales targets as outlined by the company.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.

**8. Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and project details.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management on sales performance and market trends.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the interior design or related industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of interior design principles and trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and meet deadlines.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
