**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Unisex Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for an individual who is experienced, creative, and loves working with diverse clients. As a Unisex Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing a variety of hair services, from cuts and color to styling and treatments, while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide a full range of hair services, including cuts, coloring, blowouts, and styling for both men and women
- Stay up-to-date on the latest hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge
- Offer personalized hair care advice and recommendations based on client needs
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality results and excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and adhere to salon safety standards
- Build and maintain a loyal clientele through professional and friendly interactions
- Upsell salon products and services to clients, ensuring they are satisfied with their overall experience

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a portfolio of your work (ideally with both male and female clientele)
- Strong knowledge of current hair trends, cutting techniques, and coloring methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and passion for the beauty industry
