Hospital Administrator

Hospital Management Professionals familiar with gujarati, hindi, english.
Ensure the optimum level of usage in all the resources.
Coordinate with Bio medical Engineer and ensure an efficient functioning of the medical and non-medical equipment's. Keep track of AMC and overseeing the maintenance works and repairing work when required.
Maintenance Statutory records of health department as per health department requirement like hospital registration, municipal certificates Bio-waste management as per State Pollution Control Board Registration.
Ensuring a clean and hygienic Hospital. Responsible for shift allocation and ensuring 24/7 Nursing staff for the OT and general nursing. Handling the grievances and provide the solutions of the staffs.Appraise the staff along with HR Department and implement the development activities.Supervising Patient Billing. Ensuring a timely Billing process. Maintain the Leave and on duty records of the staff. Training (Coordination with HR Department) & Staff Evaluation.
Advise and work along with top management for over all performance improvement, cost optimization and quality enhancement. Lead the process of NABH and other quality certifications / accreditations at Centre level.

**Salary**: From ₹360,000.00 per year
