**Job Summary**:
The ARCHITECTURAL & STRUCTURAL BIM Modeler is expected to perform various design/3D modelling/drafting activities, including preparing and updating 2D plans and sections, 3D equipment modelling, pipeline modelling, and layouts.

**Typical Duties and Responsibilities**
- Develop the BIM model in the Revit platform for the Point cloud recap file.
- Extraction of 2D Drawing directly from Point cloud Data.
- Ensure that the model aligns with the standards and goals set in the BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
- Collaborate and coordinate internally or/and externally with other disciplines’ design changes and model changes.
- Create discipline-specific BIM Modelling content and families.
- Develop accurate construction drawings and extract data based on the discipline BIM platform.
- Meet deadlines.

**Skills and Competencies**
- We are looking for ARCHITECTURAL & STRUCTURAL BIM Modeler with very good expertise in Point cloud, Revit, Navisworks & AutoCAD & AutoCAD Raster Design to work in our office.
- Should have 3-5 years of working experience in ARCHITECTURAL & STRUCTURAL BIM Modeling and Clash Detection (QA/QC).
- Should have 3-5 years of working experience in point cloud modeling.
- Review 3D Models from consultants and contractors.
- Ability to understand technical drawings and plans.
- Knowledge of basic construction processes and procedures.
- Audit and review models in Point Cloud, AutoCAD ARCHITECTURAL & STRUCTURAL, and Autodesk Revit.
- Conduct clash detection, 4D Scheduling/Simulation, and visual walkthroughs using Navisworks Manage.
- Early design review and constructability analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience : 3 - 5 years
- Qualification : B.Tech
